Cornelius, NC — November 5, 2019 — Financial Independence Group, LLC (FIG) announced today that Dr. Bill and Ericka Cain, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Administrator, respectively, will be assuming the roles of Founders. They will continue serving as board members and will remain diligent in their mentorship of FIG.
As the transition occurs, Jim Cooper, Mike Mullan, and Brian Williams have been appointed new roles as Co-Chief Executive Officers to continue ensuring the future success of FIG. “We have always led the company by consensus which has been extremely effective,” said Founders, Dr. Bill and Ericka Cain. “As such, we have asked Jim Cooper, Mike Mullan, and Brian Williams to assume the roles of Co-Chief Executive Officers to continue to lead the company down a path of success.”
Dr. Bill and Ericka Cain said, “These three men have proven their strong leadership abilities and diverse viewpoints is the optimal leadership plan for years to come.” They added, “Rest assured, we are not going anywhere! We are and will remain active with the company as it’s our passion and driver.”
FIG will also be conducting a search for a new Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer to replace Cooper and Mullan, respectively. However, FIG’s Director of Software Engineering, Arron Price, will replace Williams as FIG’s Chief Operating Officer.
